City of Bergisch Gladbach

RheinBerg-Passage

Under the motto „back to the roots”, the „RheinBerg-Passage” in the city of Bergisch Gladbach is experiencing a 180-degree change. In cooperation with the investor Greenman Investments, MESA develops a „green shopping oasis” – matching the „green city philosophy” of Bergisch Gladbach.

The new RheinBerg Passage will be embedded in a real greenery environment, will contribute to more inner-city attraction and will provide more quality of life.

„a pure quality of stay”

Gone is the old idea of simple sales with dark aisles and unloved merchandise presentation.

Open views across all floors create an open atmosphere to make visitors feel good and let them enjoy their stay. Comfortable seating areas everywhere invite to relax and unwind. A selected offer of gastronomy services will provide a real culinary enjoyment. Ergo: a pure quality of stay.

Modern lifestyle shopping combined with selected culinary gastronomy invitations.

„Architecturally green integrated”

Architectural curved, flowing forms build a natural connection to the surrounding „green” environment. Large glass surfaces open the new RheinBerg-Passage for plenty of daylight.

Encased in completely green facade walls the new RheinBerg-Passage is not only becoming a valuable „green project” – the entire inner city area is undergoing a sustained revaluation.

An open light architecture combined with green facades form the new USP of the new RheinBerg-Passage.
